AI OS Kit for E-commerce · early access

From day one, a working AI OS for your own shop.

Not a folder of prompts. The AI OS Kit is the skeleton I run myself for real webshops, installed on your machine, plus the course that explains how it thinks, so you can make it yours and keep building on it.

Two things that make it different

One system you work in. A skeleton you grow.

01 /

The only system you still work in

This isn’t a bot that runs at night while you keep juggling ten tools by day. You work inside the OS, every day. It knows your business, runs the routines on a cadence, and brings you the decisions. You approve at the gates.

02 /

A working skeleton, and the understanding to grow it

You get a running start, not a blank page. And the course explains the thinking and the technique behind every routine, so you can extend it to the things only your shop needs. Monthly updates keep it moving as the models do.

What’s inside, version one

Your site and your marketing, run from one place.

seo /

Search data to decisions

Search Console in, intent clusters out, rankings checked in the SERPs, a report rendered. Then the to-do list, prioritized. The day of spreadsheet work, gone.

ads /

Ads routines with guardrails

Weekly checks, monthly reviews, budget shifts inside fixed limits, a report in your inbox. Autonomy is earned per task, never assumed.

analytics /

The KPIs, visible automatically

A morning check that reads the numbers for you and tells you what moved and why. One place for the picture, not five dashboards.

site-ops /

Fixes shipped to the site, from the data

The data turns into changes on the site itself: pages rewritten, categories fixed, tests shipped. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow. The OS proposes, you approve, it ships.

Who it’s for

If you run the marketing, this is for you.

shop owner /

You do the marketing yourself, or with one or two people

You use AI for product texts and the odd image. This is the next step: the whole routine, running, with you at the gates.

marketer /

You want leverage without a career pause

Stop collecting AI tools. Run one system end to end, understand how it works, and become the person who operates it.

marketing manager /

You want your team on one system

Not another loose tool. One OS where SEO, ads, analytics and the site connect, with the KPIs visible. A team version follows the founders launch.

€100k+/mo

Ad accounts run by the OS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence. No human at the keyboard.

2 gates

Human approvals per published piece. The operator decides; the OS executes everything in between.

4 shops

Webshops of my own, built and run. The last one hit €1M in revenue within two years and sold in December 2024.

Who’s building it

Every chair in e-commerce. Then the OS.

Two years ago I started handing the grind to AI agents. Those systems grew into one OS, the only place I work from now. The Kit is that OS, packaged so you can run it too. I build it in public: the screens, the numbers, and the parts that broke.
